I like iot very much how you worked out the struktures. the hair is nice and it already looks goog. To increase the plasticity of the picture it would be important to put some light reflections. It would be good to improve to fure stucture if you use white for the hairs in some places where the light goes. The same for the flower because the waxy surface relects the light. It is already a very nice drawing and if you continou to use lights like you did in the eye it will look much better.

You are already really good with pastells.
